End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") governs your use of the Mystic Luna mobile application (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you accept this EULA. If you do not accept, do not use the App.
1. License grant
Mystic Luna grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple Media Services Terms and the Usage Rules of the App Store.
2. Ownership
The App, its content, tarot card artwork, interpretive copy, design, code, and trademarks are owned by Mystic Luna and its licensors. No rights are granted to you other than the license expressly described here.
3. Restrictions
- You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App.
- You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except to the extent applicable law expressly permits.
- You may not use the App to build a competing product or service, scrape its content, or train a machine-learning model on its outputs.
- You may not use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes.
4. Subscriptions and purchases
Premium features are delivered as auto-renewing subscriptions and one-time unlocks via Apple's StoreKit. All billing, refunds, and cancellations are handled by Apple. Cancel at any time in Apple ID subscription settings. Unused portions of a free trial, if any, are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. AI-generated content
Interpretations generated by AI features are produced by machine-learning models and may be inaccurate or unsuitable. They are provided for reflection only and do not constitute professional advice of any kind.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Mystic Luna does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that defects will be corrected.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystic Luna will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the App. Mystic Luna's total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months preceding the claim, or USD 25, whichever is greater.
8. Apple as third-party beneficiary
You and Mystic Luna acknowledge that this EULA is concluded between you and Mystic Luna only, not with Apple, and that Mystic Luna (not Apple) is solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. In the event the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App. Apple is not responsible for addressing claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product-liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to any applicable legal or regulatory requirement, and claims arising under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation. Apple and Apple's subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this EULA and may enforce it against you.
9. Export and compliance
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo, or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
10. Termination
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the App and delete all copies.
11. Governing law
This EULA is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.
