Terms of Use
By using Mystic Luna, you agree to use the app for entertainment, journaling, and self-reflection only. Tarot readings, moon-phase notes, AI-generated interpretations, chat responses, prompts, affirmations, and other content do not predict outcomes and do not replace professional advice.
Not a medical or emergency service
Do not use Mystic Luna for medical, mental-health, legal, financial, safety, or emergency decisions. If you may harm yourself or someone else, contact emergency services immediately. In the United States and Canada, you can call or text 988 for crisis support.
Your content
You are responsible for the questions, journal entries, and other content you enter. Do not submit unlawful content, content that infringes another person's rights, or content that includes someone else's private information without permission.
AI features
AI-assisted features can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unavailable. Mystic Luna may use local fallback text when the remote service is disabled, unavailable, rejected by safety checks, or not allowed by your consent setting.
Purchases and subscriptions
Premium readings and subscription access are handled through Apple's StoreKit and App Store billing systems. Prices, free trials, renewals, cancellation, refunds, and subscription management are controlled by Apple and shown in the App Store purchase sheet or Apple ID subscription settings. Use Restore Purchases in the app if you need to refresh App Store entitlements on this device.
Service availability and limits
Mystic Luna may limit backend usage to protect service reliability, prevent abuse, and enforce premium feature access. Some features require network access, an active anonymous app session, AI consent, or a valid StoreKit entitlement.
Acceptable use
You may not reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or misuse Mystic Luna's services. You may not use the app to generate abusive, illegal, or harmful content.
Changes and liability
Mystic Luna is provided as available and may change over time. Features can be updated, limited, interrupted, or discontinued. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mystic Luna is not liable for decisions you make based on app content.
