How do I cancel my subscription?

All subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on iPhone, tap your name → SubscriptionsMystic Luna, then Cancel Subscription. You'll keep premium access until the end of the current billing period.

I bought a subscription but it isn't showing up.

Open the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID that made the purchase. If it still doesn't appear, contact us and include the Apple ID email used for the purchase.

How do I request a refund?

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled directly by Apple. Visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find the Mystic Luna charge, and request a refund.

What does "AI consent" do?

When AI consent is on, your question, spread, and moon-phase context are sent through our secure backend to generate a personalized interpretation. When it's off, Mystic Luna uses on-device fallback copy — no data leaves your phone. You can toggle this any time in Settings.

Where is my data stored?

Your profile, journal entries, saved readings, and reminders live on your device. AI features send only the minimum context needed (no raw birth date or name). See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.

How do I delete my data?

Because Mystic Luna stores data locally, deleting the app from your device removes it. You can also clear individual journal entries or readings from inside the app. If you want us to delete any backend session record tied to your installation, write to hi@creativefactory.tr.

Why is my AI reading in the wrong language?

Mystic Luna follows your iOS system language. Change it in iOS Settings → General → Language & Region, then relaunch the app. Supported languages: English, Türkçe, Español, Português (BR), Deutsch, Français, Italiano.

The app crashed or a reading failed.

First, force-quit and relaunch. If the issue persists, write to us with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing — that helps us reproduce it quickly.

Is Mystic Luna available on Android?

Not yet. We're focused on delivering a polished iOS experience first. Drop us a note via the contact page if you'd like to be notified.
