Privacy Policy
Mystic Luna is designed to keep personal reflection data as local as possible. Your profile name, birth date, gender selection, journal entries, saved readings, daily-card history, reminder preference, onboarding state, and AI-consent setting are stored on your device using Apple platform storage.
AI-assisted features
If you enable AI-assisted readings or chat, Mystic Luna sends the minimum context needed to generate the response through Mystic Luna's Supabase Edge Functions. That context can include your question or message, zodiac sign, moon phase, spread type, selected cards, card positions, and whether a card is reversed. Your raw birth date and profile name are not sent in the AI request.
Anonymous backend session
Mystic Luna creates an anonymous Supabase Auth session so backend usage limits, quota checks, and premium entitlement checks can be applied per installation without asking you to create an account. Session tokens are stored in the device Keychain.
Purchases
Mystic Luna uses StoreKit for purchases and restores. Apple processes App Store payments, refunds, subscription management, and cancellation. Mystic Luna receives StoreKit entitlement status so premium features can be unlocked in the app.
Notifications
Mystic Luna can schedule local daily reminders if you turn them on. Reminder settings stay on device and can be changed in Settings. Notifications are not used for tracking.
Analytics and diagnostics
Current analytics and crash diagnostics use Apple's local OS logging facilities. Mystic Luna does not sell personal data, does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and does not use third-party advertising identifiers.
Your controls
- You can delete local app data by removing the app from your device.
- You can disable AI personalization in Settings, which switches interpretation features back to on-device fallback text.
- You can manage subscriptions, cancellation, and refunds through your Apple ID subscription settings.
Not a medical or emergency service
Mystic Luna is for entertainment, journaling, and self-reflection. It is not a medical, mental-health, legal, financial, or emergency service.
